REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL CONTENT
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital products sold on this website, including but not limited to PDF files, templates, planners, spreadsheets, downloadable resources, and bundled digital content.
All products available for purchase are digital-only. No physical goods are shipped.
2. No-Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content and the express consent provided by the customer prior to delivery, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Once access to the digital content is granted—whether via download, email delivery, or access link—the product is considered consumed and cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with:
- Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (EU Consumer Rights Directive), and
- Article 16, letter (m) of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014,
the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent and has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase on this website, the customer expressly agrees that:
- the delivery of digital content begins immediately after payment, and
- they acknowledge and accept that they lose their right of withdrawal once access to the digital content is granted.
This consent is obtained before the contract is performed, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Technical Requirements and Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the appropriate software and technical capability to access and use the purchased digital products.
Examples of required software may include, but are not limited to:
- PDF readers (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
- Spreadsheet applications (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel)
- Design or template platforms (e.g., Canva)
Refund requests based on the inability to open or use a file will not be honored if:
- the file format and technical requirements were clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase, and
- the digital file provided is not defective.
5. Defective or Incorrect Files
If a digital product is technically defective, corrupted, or materially different from what was described on the product page, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time after purchase.
In such cases, we may, at our discretion:
- provide a corrected file, or
- restore access to the digital content.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis only where legally required.
